Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at felinealikee@outlook.com. Please note that a 20% service fee will apply to successful cancellations. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order promptly. 

The refund processing time depends on your financial institution. Typically, your funds will be returned to your payment account within 7 to 12 business days.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the stolen or lost packages that marked as delivered by shipping carrier. We are unable to offer returns and refund if the package is damaged or lost during transit. You can please contact us as soon as possible if the above issue happened. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and initiate a refund or compensation once approved by the insurance provider.
