All Sales are Final: 

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

Restock Fee and Store Credit Policy: 

In cases where a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances:

A 20% restock fee will be applied to the returned item.

Product Issue Reporting Period: 

We offer a 48-hour grace period upon delivery for customers to report any issues or damages with their product. If you find any issue with your order, please contact us within this period so we can work towards a suitable solution

Cancellation Policy

At The Orion’s Jade, we understand that plans can change. We allow customers a 48-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel their order. If you need to cancel within this time frame, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you.

Important Notes:

Cancellations requested after the 48-hour window will fall under our No Refunds/No Exchange policy, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
If your order has already been shipped and you attempt to cancel, unfortunately, we are unable to process the cancellation.

Please note before order

1. Color difference: 

Jade shows different colors under light with different color temperatures. We are always trying our best to show the true color of jade under natural sunlight when we take photos and videos. But there will inevitably be a slight color difference between the actual product and the photos or videos.

2. Naturally formed flaws: 

It is typical for natural jade to have naturally formed tiny cracks and imperfections. Each piece is unique. The beauty of jade is not always how pure it is. Because jade almost never comes without impurities, understanding the beauty of jade makes a culture of accepting weakness and imperfections and working around it to make the whole piece a better piece of art.

3. Size accuracy error: 

All products are hand-carved and polished, there will be a small range of size errors in the finished product. 

Color differences, naturally formed flaws, and size accuracy errorswill not be identified as defective/wrong items. Please contact us at felinealikee@outlook.com for more product details before placing an order if you have concerns.

Defective and wrong item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at felinealikee@outlook.com immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages and issues with shipping

All orders will be sent by insured shipping. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at felinealikee@outlook.com, we will file a claim with the shipping company, and after the shipping company verifies the compensation, we will refund you. Please note that we are not responsible for the stolen or lost packages that marked as delivered by shipping carrier.

Changes and Cancellations

As long as your order has not been packed or shipped, then we can cancel or change it for you. Contact us at felinealikee@outlook.com to get started. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been packed and shipped. Custom orders can’t be canceled. Please be noted that your refund will deduct 20% of service fee.
