• *Free Global Express for orders over $500

1.Delivery party

• All Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2. Process time

• After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 working days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3.Delivery duration

• In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate. The ORION’s JADE will not be held liable for delivery errors resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details at the time of order placement.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• The ORION’s JADE is not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If this will be an issue, please contact us immediately at felinealikee@outlook.com, we will file a claim with the shipping company, and after the shipping company verifies the compensation, we will refund you. In cases where the tracking number indicates an order as ‘delivered’ or ‘en route,’ any disputes regarding undelivered or lost packages should be directed to the delivery party.
